Throwers Group Membership
Cost of joining the Throwers Group is $5/year; this gives you the use of the implements on training and competition days, Coaching clinics, result sheet of all events, plus a bi-monthly newsletter.
We have Sunday competition at Duncan Mackinnon Athletic Track ($3 for members and $5 for non-members, however all participants must be financial VMA members). Training and competition starts at 12.45 pm unless otherwise stated. Earlier arrival to help set up is always welcome. At the conclusion of activities we enjoy a friendly chat over a cuppa and cake or biscuit. Donation of a plate or a gold coin appreciated.
The Throwers are a friendly group and are willing to assist anyone who would like to have a go at throwing on a one to one basis or in a group. Just give one of the committee a ring.

In all events specified as VMA events medals will be awarded to the first 3 placegetters in each division for both men and women (CORRECT uniform is required).
